Zomato, the leading restaurant aggregator and food delivery company in India, introduced Zomato Originals, a fresh platform showcasing engaging food-related videos. The goal was to attract users to explore other functions within their app. We crafted five series of bite-sized video content, delving into intriguing facts about the world of food.
Each series, consisting of four episodes, spotlighted a specific dish or interesting food-related trivia through animated explainers exclusively designed for Zomato's video content platform. Our team, along with talented freelancers, meticulously researched, scripted, storyboarded, designed, animated, and filmed each episode.
The response to these animated videos was astounding. Among the 20 episodes created, 8 episodes continuously dominated as the 'most popular' and 'most watched' for over 5 weeks post-launch. Their promotion on social media platforms generated substantial engagement, amplifying their reach and impact.
