Diasy Capoor is a fun Indian pickles & chutney spreads brand launched in the US for global audience - experiment and seeking new food experiences. The flavours are imagined to be as enjoyable with Indian foods as tacos, dimsums or platter boards. The founding team had the name in place - cuing in a meme-ey humorous brand that's all things in trend.
We took their vision forward in design. We defined the brand thought as the spark of conversations between people that are cheeky, witty and fun. The eyes in the Daisy Capoor typography come from this thought. The OO in the branding was created to cue everything from eye-popping gossip to sis side eyes to eye roll. The oval packaging label carries forward the shape of the eyes and makes for a unique fun visual cue.
The colour scheme was deliberately picked to disrupt the typical style and label designs of traditional pickle brand and cue in a modern brand setting a newer context. Besides visual design and packaging we also created D2C site, marketplace collaterals and social media go-live posts. Besides this L&H also did nomenclature for the product variants and product descriptions.
