We partnered with Red carpet to launch a Credit product via cards for India’s ‘unbanked’ sector. The design had to appeal to India 2.0 while being understood and loved by potential investors & VCs maintaining Red Carpet’s Indian ethos to create a modern design in line with tech companies was key.
Using a unique mix of Devanagari, Gurumukhi, Malayalam, Tamil, Oriya, Telegu, Gujrati & Bengali numbers as a pattern, we created a geometric version with lines and gaps to be used as a pattern that needn’t be recognised as numbers but uses culturally familiar shapes to cue in a new Indian cool. These numbers can be used in various combinations to create endless possibilities of patterns.
